MDT applies in Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho east, New Mexico, parts of Texas, and Canadian Rocky Mountain provinces (Alberta, eastern BC). COT serves approximately 52 million people across Colombia's 32 departments + Bogotá Capital District.
